Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) With 4G LTE Support, 8-inch Display, 5000mAh Battery Launched in India: Price, Specifications and Features

Samsung has launched the company’s latest mid-range tablet in India on Tuesday, October 10 called the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017). The device will be available via Samsung India website and retail stores across the country. The smartphone price in India is Rs. 17,990 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) comes in Black and Gold colour options.
The smartphone packs an 8-inch (1280×800) WXGA TFT display. The device features an 8-megapixel rear camera with a f/1.9 aperture and LED flash and comes with a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies. The Galaxy Tab A (2017) is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC with 2GB of RAM and sports a 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB).

The device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system and 5000mAh large battery powers the smartphone. Connectivity options on the tablet include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The tablet measures 212.1 x 124.1 x 8.9mm and weighs 364 grams.
