Oppo has launched a mid-range smartphone in the Indian market named Oppo A71. The Oppo A71 comes with a metallic unibody design and a 5.2-inch TFT HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The device runs on Android Nougat 7.1.2 with the company’s own Color OS 3.1 UI on top.
The Oppo A71 packs a 13MP rear camera with a f/2.2 aperture, LED flash. The front facing shooter has a 5MP sensor with LED Flash and a Beautify 4.0 feature for selfies. Oppo says that the device cameras have the ability to produce Bokeh effect.
The smartphone comes with a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor coupled with 3GB RAM which helps in the smoother performance. The Oppo A71 comes with 16GB internal storage which can be extended using a MicroSD card up to 256GB. The Oppo A71 measures 148.1mm x 73.8mm x 7.6mm and weighs 137 grams. The device also features a split-screen and eye protection display.
The dual SIM (Nano+Nano) phone comes with a 3000mAh battery which supports fast charging technology. The connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Micro-USB (OTG). The sensors on the Oppo A71 include an accelerometer, digital compass, ambient light sensor, and a proximity sensor.

The Oppo A71 is priced at Rs. 12,990 and will be available in Gold and Black colour options. The smartphone is available for purchase via e-commerce sites such as Flipkart, Amazon India, Paytm, and other offline stores across the country starting from Tuesday, September 12.
